Army CIO G-6/AEIOO

AEIOO serves as the focal point for Army Enterprise Transformation and the OSD Business Management Modernization Program (BMMP) in support of the Army's alignment to the objective Business Enterprise Architecture (BEA). NewVectors is working closely with the prime contractor and providing key program management support. The objective is to not only steer AEIOO to commercial best practices, but also government best practices in the key areas of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) integration, enterprise architecture, portfolio management, change management, and business management modernization programs.

NewVectors is playing a key role in the development of an Army Enterprise Transformation Governance structure. The Army Enterprise Transformation Governance structure provides policies, guidance, and tools to transform business processes as a single Army Enterprise. The governance structure was documented and communicated in four components, (1) a memorandum that identifies the governance strategy and assigns Army Mission Area Leads, Domain Owners and Domain Executives to lead the transformation, (2) an Army regulation that provides business transformation policy and assigns specific transformation roles and responsibilities, (3) a pamphlet containing an enterprise transformation framework that provides guidance for implementing the assigned responsibilities, and (4) a web based guide that provides templates, tools, and formats for executing transformation activities and tasks.
