The Standard Procurement System Program Management Office (SPS PMO) is deploying a procurement software solution to over 43,000 users located at 1,100 sites around the world. The SPS PMO is constantly striving to achieve the correct balance of cost, schedule, and performance tradeoffs to meet the overall program goals. NewVectors works closely with the PMO to develop cost analysis, decision support analysis, and program metrics to support the PMO as it achieves its program goals.
