To simplify the procurement process when using NewVectors' GSA Schedule 70 IT, follow the key steps outlined below.
- Identify and quantify your current and future requirements.
- Call NewVectors to review your requirements and develop a Statement of Work (SOW) which includes your approach, period of performance, deliverables and schedule, special requirements, and estimated cost.
- Conduct a Best Value evaluation by using reasonably available information about similar services offered under the GSA Multiple Award Schedule contracts.
- Coordinate with your agency's resource office to establish total funding requirements.
- Ask your supporting Contracts Office to issue a Purchase Order to NewVectors, along with the supporting SOW.
Government commercial credit cards will be acceptable for payment, in addition to wire transfer payments.
