NewVectors uses a proprietary process improvement methodology called Strategic Organization Assessment and RenewalSM (SOAR!SM), which incorporates organizational design and strategic planning within its scope. The methodology is useful for providing a bird's eye view of the planning process and its role in strategic management, providing an integrated toolkit for environmental assessment, strategic visualization and planning, project planning, and business process improvement.
SOAR was developed to meet specific DoD needs, such as the requirements of 5000.2-R series acquisitions. However, should the government request that NewVectors provide support for other methodologies, we have implementation experience with methodologies promulgated by IBM, Accenture, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, and can evaluate these and other methodologies to select the most appropriate one for a particular project.
